Deputies: 3 Armed Thieves Break Into FL Woman’s Bedroom

TAMPA, FL (WFLA) — Hillsborough County deputies are looking for three male suspects who allegedly broke into a woman’s bedroom, proceeding to take items from her home.

The men allegedly entered the home at 6001 Legends Estates Drive in Tampa armed with black handguns around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. Deputies say they kicked open the door of the residence, confronted the victim in her bedroom, stealing her jewelry box and cell phone. Before leaving the home, they also took a 32″ television from the living room, detectives say.

The suspects then fled in a silver Mazda 3, which was last seen going southbound on Dale Mabry Hwy. near W. Idlewild Ave.

The suspects, all armed with a black handgun, are described as three black males, one with short black hair, goatee, 6′, 220 lbs., tattoos on both arms, last seen wearing a white t-shirt, baggy blue jeans, sneakers. The second with short black hair, black chin hair, 5’10”, 170 lbs., tattoos on both arms, last seen wearing tank top, white shorts, sneakers. The third with short black hair, 5’10”, 160 lbs, last seen wearing a black jacket, white shorts, sneakers.
