One Shot While Visiting A Friend In Greenville

Greenville Police Department responded to a home after a person was shot, Monday night.

Officers said they arrived at the home located on Alameda Street shortly before 9 p.m.

The victim was visiting a friend and standing outside when a vehicle went by shooting their gun, police say.

The victim was struck and treated for a nonlife threatening injury.

Police say there were several casings found in the area and no other injuries were reported.
