Accused Charleston Shooter, Dylann Roof Could Face More Charges

The accused Charleston church shooter, Dylann Roof could face even more charges Wednesday afternoon.

The Post and Courier reports that federal hate crime charges could be given to Roof at 5 p.m. today.

The newspaper says that both prosecutors and the defense will be discussing to file a motion that could keep a gag order in effect. If they don’t pursue the motion, then the judge will release all documentation tied to the case.
