Three new homes are being built for families living in substandard housing thanks to Habitat for Humanity of Spartanburg.
Vollunteers from upstate businesses, past habitat home recipients and a couple professional builder have all come together to build the homes.
Each home is energy efficient and take about 12 weeks to build. All three of the homes are expected to be finished by January.
