Greenville City Council Election Results

Thousands voted Tuesday in the Republican Primary election for two open Greenville City Council seats.

Director of Greenville County Board of Elections Conway Belangia, says they had a turnout of 8.64% registered voters.

Belangia tells us that George Fletcher won the Republican nomination with 2,211 votes beating out Gilbert Crouse who had 118 votes and Susan Reynolds who received 1,033 votes.

In the City Council District One election, Amy Ryberg Doyle won the Republican nomination with 673 votes defeating Bob Beam who had 491 votes.
