The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help in locating a missing Spartanburg man.

Woodrow Kelley, Jr., 67, was last seen at his residence, 2123 Autumn Glen Dr., Spartanburg, on Wednesday around 6:50 a.m.

According to deputies, Kelley’s wife was under the impression that he was going for a walk and then to the barber shop, but he never returned home. The family has been unable to reach him on his cell phone.

The family also mentioned that Kelley made recent comments about moving to Florida for some unknown reason, deputies say.

Kelley is described as a black male, 5’11”, and 190lbs., with gray hair, brown eyes, mustache, and glasses.

Deputies say he should be seen driving a 2008 Buick Lacrosse sedan with the South Carolina tag# ARN 950.

Deputies say Kelley takes several different types of medication for various conditions and a doctor recently changed his medication or dosage, making Kelley to appear somewhat disoriented.

Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Woodrow Kelley, Jr. is asked to contact Senior Investigator Richie Foster at (864) 503-4594 or crime stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
