The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect in connection with two armed robberies that happened Thursday evening and early Friday morning.

The suspect came into the store wearing a black hoodie with a Halloween skeletal mask and dark pants showing a handgun and demanding the employee for money.

Deputies say the suspect left with an unknown amount of money in what is described as an early 2000’s black Nissan Maxima with chrome wheels and tinted windows.

The vehicle was seen heading west on Highway 28 towards Rabun County, Ga.

A deputy with the Uniform Patrol Division responded to another armed robbery at the McDonald’s in Scenic Plaza around 3 a.m. Friday.
