An Anderson court sentenced Kenneth Brent McCullough to 10 years suspended to 6 years in prison followed by 5 years of probation after he pleaded guilty following a 2014 assault.
McCullough pleaded guilty to Assault & Battery of a High and Aggravated Nature and Possession of Explosive Device.
The assault happened on December 15, 2014 when McCullough pulled his car in front of a car driven by Marshall Gambrell forcing him to stop.
McCullough then assaulted Gambrell, took his gun, placed it in Gambrell’s mouth, and made Gambrell beg for his life.
Three jars fashioned into Molotov cocktails were found in a shed on McCullough’s property.
