Riders were stuck on a ride at SeaWorld in Orlando for about two hours Monday, according to CBS-affiliate WKMG.
People could be seen stuck on the Sky Tower observation tower about halfway up the 400 foot ride.
SeaWorld released this statement shortly after the ride malfunctioned, “We are working closely with Orange County Fire Rescue to quickly and safely remove all guests from the ride. We are in constant communication with the guests and team members on the ride, and all passengers are safe.”
The tower is the largest observation tower in Florida.
