COLUMBIA, S.C. – Heavy rain caused more flooding in Columbia this morning.
Overnight rainfall caused road closures in the Five-Points area of Columbia, and a flash flood warning in Richland County that has since been expired.
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department said officials are monitoring a dam located around Farrow Road and North Brickyard Road. No evacuations have been ordered.
Drivers are advised to drive carefully, and not to drive around barricades.
