Can’t Wait Until Midnight? ‘Noon Year’s Eve’ Celebration This Morning

If you’re looking for an early way to kick off the new year with the family, The Children’s Museum of the Upstate is holding it’s “noon year” celebration Thursday.

Children are invited to come out in their pajamas for games, making resolutions, and crafts.  TCMU’s Noon Year’s Eve event is free with the cost of admission. The museum will close at 3 p.m. on December 31, 2015 and will be closed on January 1, 2016.

Here’s a schedule:

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Ball Room in Big Idea
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – New Year’s Science Party in Creation Station
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Live music with Dallas Wesley
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – New Year Noise Makers, Party Hats and New Year Resolutions in Off the Wall and throughout the museum
12:00 p.m. – Countdown to Noon with confetti cannons
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Hot chocolate in What’s Cookin’ Kitchen
10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. – Story and More for under 5

The Children’s Museum of the Upstate is located at 300 College Street in Greenville.
