House fire ruled arson, man charged in McDowell Co.

Jesse Lee Wilson was charged with felony second-degree arson and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon

Jesse Lee Wilson was charged with burning down a two-story house at 318 Crisp Drive, according to McDowell County Sheriff’s Office.

They say the home belonged to Scott Tenney.

Wilson was charged with felony second-degree arson and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

Deputies said when Wilson was arrested, he also had brass knuckles on him.

Wilson and Tenney had “recent disagreements,” according to investigators.
