BHP still without power; restored at USC Upstate, SMC campuses

Update: Power is restored at Spartanburg Methodist College and on the campus of USC Upstate.

As of 1:45 p.m. Belton-Honea Path High School is still without power. They said parents are welcome to come pick up their children if they would like, but they will dismiss on normal schedule.

Belton-Honea Path High School is without power.

USC Upstate tweeted that the power is out on campus. They say there is no estimated time of getting back.

Faculty can use their discretion whether or not to hold classes and to use caution.

Spartanburg Methodist College Residence Life Director, Stacey Mason, says that a transformer blew and power is out all over campus.

Classes have not been cancelled. Some instructors are cancelling individually.
