SPARTANBURG – Spartanburg Police are investigating a shooting where the victim says he was ordered to take his clothes off and was wounded in the foot.
Police met with the victim at a drive-in restaurant on East Henry Street around 5:00 p.m. Wednesday. The 22-year old victim said he was at a stop sign at the intersection of High Street and Wilmont Street when two men pointed a gun at him.
The man said he was told to “take everything off” according to the Spartanburg Police incident report. After he complied, the victim says they shot him in the foot.
Spartanburg Police say there was blood on the victim’s foot and a bullet was found on the floorboard of his truck. He couldn’t give a clear identification of the men who shot him.
