Daylight Saving Time linked to higher risk of stroke

Springing ahead and falling back an hour may be linked to a higher risk of stroke according to a new study.

Researchers in Finland studied the health impact of Daylight Saving time and tracked more than three thousand patients.

They found stroke risk jumped 8% during the first two days of time changes.
