Henderson Co. Deputy injured in Hendersonville crash

A Henderson County Deputy was injured when he was involved in a crash while responding to a call in Hendersonville, Saturday afternoon.

The crash happened at the corner of Dana Road and Highway 64 (4 Seasons Boulevard).

NC Highway Patrol says the deputy was driving south on Dana Road when a car traveling east on Highway 64 collided with his patrol car at the intersection. The car then struck a third car.

The deputy and two people in the second car suffered minor injuries. Nobody in the third car was injured.

No charges have been filed and the crash is still under investigation.
