SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A man was stabbed with a sword in San Francisco’s Tenderloin early Wednesday morning, according to police.
The stabbing occurred in front of an apartment building in the 400 block of Eddy Street around 2:40 a.m.
The 56-year-old victim was standing in front of the building when a male suspect walked up and stabbed him in the stomach with a sword, police said.
The victim was taken to a hospital but was expected to survive his injuries.
No arrest had been made as of Wednesday morning, police said.
