3 students hurt in school bus crash in Greenville Co.

GREENVILLE, SC – Crews are cleaning up after a crash involving a school bus, Thursday.

It happened on Anderson Road and S. Washington Avenue  in Greenville County.

The incident happened shortly before 8 AM, troopers say.

Capt. Derek Anderson, of Parker Fire Department says the driver of car and three students on the bus were hurt. All four were taken to the hospital and have since been released.

Oby Lyles, Greenville County Schools spokesperson says the student were from Carolina High School.

The driver of the 1999 Toyota involved in the crash was cited for failure to yield right of way.
