Anderson County Sheriff’s deputies are asking for help to identify a man after a car was broken into outside a Walmart.
The break-in happened Monday afternoon at the store on Liberty Highway. A woman says she stopped to shop for groceries, but when she returned she discovered someone had been in the vehicle.
Her expensive purse was missing.
A sheriff’s deputy believes someone got into the locked car through windows, that were rolled-down far enough to allow someone to unlock it.
Walmart security video shows two men were around the car at the time. The sheriff’s office released a photo of a man wanted in the case along with a vehicle.
