COLUMBIA, SC (WSPA) – The State Newspaper says the NCAA has ruled Marcus Lattimore can’t be on Will Muschamp’s football staff, because he is a former player.
They report the NCAA said him being on the staff is an unfair recruiting advantage.
Lattimore said he wouldn’t be coaching when he accepted the offer to be on the staff in December.
He said his role would have been similar to his leadership academies where he focuses on life off the football field.
