Paperwork must be submitted by April 18th at 11:59 PM to avoid a penalty.
The deadline normally falls on April 15th, but a new legal holiday in Washington pushed it back.
While it’s getting late, it’s still not too late to have them filed correctly.

Have proof of what you claim in charitable donations. If you don’t have it, go back to the organization and get those receipts.
