The Bikeville Classic is this Saturday and Sunday! The competition stretches from downtown Greenville and along I-185. The Southern Connector will be closed on Saturday from 4 AM until 5 PM. On Sunday drivers should expect roads blocked in downtown Greenville to make way for the race. Below is a list of road closures for Sunday from 4 AM until 7 PM.
Main Street between Court and Beattie Place
North Street between Richardson and Spring Street
Coffee Street between Main and Irvine St
Washington Street between Richardson St and Irvine St
McBee Ave between Laurens St and Spring St
Brown Street between North St and McBee Ave.

In Spartanburg the Hub City Hog Fest starts today and lasts through tomorrow.The event in it’s third year, benefits Mobile Meals of Spartanburg. It includes a BBQ competition complete with an award ceremony, food and drinks from local vendors, and live music tonight and Saturday night. Keep in mind that some roads will be closed around Morgan Square to make room for the cooking teams!
The Pickens Azalea Festival has been kicking off spring in Pickens for the past 32 years. That festival is today and tomorrow. It features artists, entertainers, one of the largest cruise-ins in the area, regional food favorites, a history tour and a 5 K race. Plus, there will be rides and crafts for kids as well.
