KIMT – The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday the tragic passing of one of their beloved K9 officers, Havoc.
“As you all know, Deputy (Jim) Goham and K9 Havoc made a great team, and Havoc under Deputy Goham’s direction was a great asset to the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office,” reads a post on the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
The post says Havoc ran across the street from his backyard and was struck and killed by a passing vehicle when he attempted to run home.
“Havoc, we salute you and your never-ending service! Go guard Heaven, Havoc!” the post goes on to say.
Havoc was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
