CLEARWATER, FL (WFLA) — The man who allegedly threw his daughter off a St. Petersburg bridge, killing her, has been declared incompetent to stand trial in court Tuesday morning.
John Jonchuck is accused of throwing his 5-year-old daughter Phoebe over the side of the Misener Bridge in January 2015. He had already been declared mentally incompetent three different times, and has been undergoing treatment at a state mental hospital.
Tuesday was the fourth try to send the case to trial. His case will return to court October 18th.
