With secrets learned from her days in the Bayou, Caeri Paige, AKA “The Crawfish Gypsy” is gearing up for a Crawfish Du Fete party this weekend at Hans & Franz Biergarten. The restaurant is flying over 150 pounds of fresh crawfish from Louisiana to launch her new crawfish spice blend. Jennifer Martin gets a lesson on how to properly eat crawfish.
