A man in Union County told deputies that he took “LSD Chuck Wright style” before being arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
Deputies responded to South Jonesville Highway after a DNR agent called them on Monday.
The DNR agent told them he was at a tire shop when a truck driver approached him about a man acting strange.
Jeffrey Sizemore told the agent that Sheriff Chuck Wright was hiding in the trees and watching him and that he was intoxicated on illegal narcotics, according to the incident report.
When the DNR agent asked Sizemore what types of drugs he was on, he responded that he had used “LSD Chuck Wright Style” and that he worked for Wright as a narcotics officer in the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office, according to the report.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office says that Sizemore is not a deputy for them and never has been.
The Sheriff’s Office says they have arrested Sizemore several times, as recently as 2013 for using a vehicle without permission, and also several other arrests for distribution of meth and driving under the influence.
