SPARTANBURG, SC (WSPA)- Should parents be punished for their kids’ bad behavior?
A new ordinance in one Wisconsin town says they should.
It fines parents whose children are bullies.
Under the ordinance, police will warn parents if their kids are involved in bullying.
If the problem is not corrected within 90-days, the parents are fined $366.
