GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA)- A jury will deliberate for a second day in the murder trial of a security guard.
Stephen Harry is charged with shooting and killing a man at a motel in Greenville three years ago.
Harry testified yesterday that a man told him he was robbed and a car was approaching him in the parking lot.
Harry said he thought he would be run over, so he fired into the windshield, killing the driver.
The prosecution has claimed Harry was a “wannabe cop” who took the law into his own hands.
