GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA)- A man has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct after officers say he sexually assaulted 3 women.
Micah Andrew Pretlove, 21, was a student at Bob Jones Academy during one of the incidents, according to the warrants.
The warrants say in Decemeber 2010, when Pretlove was 16 years old, he committed sexually battery after a victim refused to perform oral sex on the Bob Jones Academy campus. The victim was between 14 and 16-years-old at time, according to warrants.
Warrants say in June 2013, Pretlove was working on campus as a landscaper when he committed sexual battery on a victim who refused to perform oral sex on him on the Bob Jones Academy campus.
Due to Pretlove being a juvenile at the time of a third incident, the case will be sent over to family court.
He has been expelled from Bob Jones University.
He is held at the Greenville County Detention center and was given a $25,000 bond.
BJU has released the following statement:
“BJU has and will continue to cooperate fully with law enforcement in the investigation of the matters
leading to the arrest of former student Micah Pretlove. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
(FERPA) regulations, however, limit what we can say publicly in regard to Micah. BJU fulfilled its
