ANDERSON, SC (WSPA) – A security has been charged with second-degree assault after using a Tazer on a man at AnMed hospital, say Anderson Police.
Police say the victim was upset because a woman inside the hospital wouldn’t help with a wheelchair to get his 81-year-old grandmother inside.
The man said he did push the woman.
The security guard, Ethan Hill said he went outside to confront the victim and told him he was under arrest, according to the incident report.
The victim flicked a cigarette at Hill. That’s when Hill shot him with a Tazer.
