Missing hiker found in good condition

UPDATE: Forest May has been found and is in good condition.

GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA) – The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing hiker at Lake Conestee Park.

Deputies say 59-years-old Forest May was out walking with family Saturday morning on the Swamp Rabbit Trail when he got ahead of the family and was last seen near marker 19 on the trail just before noon.

May is 5’9″ tall, 150 pounds, with gray hair. May suffers from dementia and ALS.

Anyone who comes into contact with May is asked to call the Greenville Co. Sheriff’s Office at 864-271-5210.

The Sheriff’s Office is using a helicopter and a K-9 tracking team to find May.
