EYOTA, Minn. (KIMT) – An Eyota man is facing second-degree DWI, fourth-degree assault and theft charges after he allegedly drove a lawn mower around while heavily intoxicated on Friday night.
Olmsted County deputies said 26-year-old Tyler Lentz was well over the legal limit.
He was arrested and because of prior history, faces a second-degree DWI charge. While he was driving around on the mower, he was also reportedly carrying stolen number, so now faces theft charges.
In addition, he reportedly kicked a female deputy in the arm during the arrest, leading to a fourth-degree assault charge.
