A man has been charged after a shooting that happened on Flynn Dr. in Anderson County on Tuesday, May 17, according to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.
Robby Martez Shoemaker Jr. has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, according to ACSO.
Deputies say the victim was taken to the hospital for what appeared to be a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg.
The victim was reportedly shot outside of a nearby home, according to the Sheriff’s Office. They didn’t say if the victim was a resident on Flynn Dr.
Shoemaker appeared before a judge, Tuesday morning. He received a surety bond set at $5,000 for the Possession of a weapon charge and a surety bond set at $80,000 for his Attempted murder charge.
