HONEA PATH, SC (WSPA)- Charles Anthony Mattison, 38, has died after a crash involving a vehicle and a deer, Monday morning.
The coroner’s office says Mattison was on his way to his job at Spectrum Engineering Solutions in Greenville around 5 a.m.
His motorcycle hit a deer on Princeton Highway and he was thrown from the bike.
He was then hit by a truck, according to Highway Patrol.
The coroner says he is survived by his wife and a six-year-old child.
