Drayton Mills Marketplace announced Thursday the addition of four tenants to its renovated property in Spartanburg.
The tenants include a new restaurant concept from Rick Erwin dining group, Mozza Roasters and corporate headquarters of Melotte Enterprises, Zen Yoga Studios, and the regional offices of Agracel, Inc.
John Montgomery, CEO of Montgomery Development Group, hopes the additions will spur other growth nearby.
“We’re very exited and we think these four anchor tenants are going to do nothing but help bring more restaurants and office and retailers hereto Drayton and hopefully some more out of town users as well,” Montgomery said.
Montgomery said the tenants would be moved in by the fall.
Rick Erwin attended the news conference Thursday morning, saying he’s excited about the potential there.
“It’s time. I am so happy to be able to put my sixth restaurant in Spartanburg and maybe even more to come,” said Erwin. “This project, what is planned here is incredible and we look forward to being a part of it.”
The Drayton Mills project already includes 289 apartments, and event center.
