CLEARWATER, FL (WFLA) – A syringe full of blood was used as a weapon in a domestic battery in Clearwater this weekend, according to the Pinellas County arrest affidavit.
Clearwater Police responded to the 1400 block of Franklin Street about 2 p.m. Sunday. Rosemary Jeanette Picardel, 57, and Ronn Boykins, who had been in a relationship for about three years, were having an argument.
According to the arrest affidavit, Picardel grabbed Boykins’ empty syringe and walked out of the room. She filled the syringe with her own blood, came back and picked another fight with the man. She stabbed him in the upper left arm and he started bleeding.
When officers arrested her, she denied she had battered the man. But she did say that she would kill him once released from jail.
She is charged with an aggravated domestic battery. She has been arrested before in Pinellas for battery and drug charges.
