GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – One man has been arrested after a fight at the Blind Horse Saloon this weekend, according to the Greenville Police Department.
20-year-old Dakota Ray Justice was charged with aggravated assault and battery after an altercation that left one man with a broken leg.
Justice is accused of “body slamming” a man to the floor, which broke the man’s femur, according to the incident report.
The incident report also states that Justice’s friend, 22-year-old Grady Levi Farmer, is accused of choking and punching the same man.
The victim was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital by EMS.
