HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (WSPA)- Police say a shooting that left a person with serious injuries has been ruled an accident in Hendersonville.
The Hendersonville Police Department says the shooting happened June 7th around 8:15 p.m. on S. Oak Street.
After reviewing evidence and talking with the district attorney, police say they’ve ruled the shooting an accident. They say it was not self-inflicted.
The victim suffered serious injuries and is still receiving care.
Police say no charges will be filed.
