LINDEN, N.C. (WNCN) — A woman was killed when her car was pushed into the path of a dump truck Tuesday in Cumberland County.
Her vehicle ran off the road and ended up on the roof.
Troopers say Janet Nikia Jackson, 37, of Eastover died during the crash around 12:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Jackson’s car was rear-ended by one car, then t-boned by a dump truck before flipping along US 401 near Kipper Court in Linden.
Jackson leaves behind three children, according to posts on social media.
No word at this time on any charges.
