PINELLAS COUNTY, FL (WFLA) – A man and a woman on vacation in Clearwater were arrested for sexual battery and child neglect, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. Their victim was 14 years old.
Imperia Price-Flatt and Sean Flatt were in Clearwater on vacation from Indiana. According to the arrest affidavit from PCSO, Imperia Price-Flatt knew Flatt was attracted to the 14-year-old. Clearwater Police detectives said that she sat on the bed and watched as her husband “performed … sex on the juvenile.”
The arrest affidavit states that she only told her husband to stop and made no physical effort to stop the sexual abuse. She walked away and didn’t contact the authorities.
Price-Flatt was arrested for child neglect. She was released on $10,000 bond. Flatt was charged with sexual battery. He remains in jail. His bond is set at $150,000.
