HENDERSONVILLE, NC (WSPA) – A man has died after he was hit by a car overnight in Hendersonville.
According to the Hendersonville Police Department, authorities responded to Spartanburg Highway at Edney Street just after 12 a.m., Friday.
The pedestrian, James Robin Anders, of Brevard, NC, was hit by a 2002 Nissan Maxima and died on scene, according to police.
The driver of the car was not injured and no charges are expected to be filed at this time, police say.
Inclement weather was a contributing factor in the accident, according to police.
This accident is still under investigation.
