CHESNEE, S.C. (WSPA) – A man has been arrested after standing naked outside of his home, according to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.
44-year-old Steven Dewayne Kelley has been charged with sexual indecent exposure after several people drove by his home and saw him walking around naked in his front yard, according to the incident report.
A call came in at about 12:14 p.m. on Sunday.
When deputies arrived at Kelley’s house, he was still completely naked, the report says.
According to the report, Kelley sat a beer can and lighter on his car and walked inside when deputies got there.
When they knocked on the door, he came back wearing pajama pants and slippers, the report says.
