UNION, SC (WSPA) – Union County deputies are looking for two inmates who escaped from the Union County Jail around 4 p.m. Friday.
The inmates are:
Ashley Tyler, 40, has been charged with murder, violating the sex offender registry and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Kenneth Steven Lipsey Jr., 18, is in on meth charges.
Sheriff David Taylor says 40-year-old Ashley Tyler shot and killed his stepmother, Rebecca Tyler.
Ashley Tyler’s girlfriend, 40-year-old Dabriada Alman, was arrested and charged with accessory to murder and transporting a weapon to a felon, according to the sheriff’s office.
Rebecca Tyler, 61, was shot three times in her home on River Road on November 19, her body was found the following morning.
