SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – One man is hurt after a motorcycle crash that happened near mile marker 21 on I-26, according to S.C. Highway Patrol.
68-year-old Stanley Webber, of Spartanburg, was driving a 2005 Harley Davidson west on I-26 when a car changed lanes and Webber swerved to keep from hitting the car.
Troopers say Webber ran off the left side of the road and struck a cable barrier.
Webber was wearing a helmet but was thrown off the motorcycle and injured.
He was taken by EMS to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Webber is in fair condition, according to Jessica Pickens with Spartanburg Regional.
The crash happened at about 2:23 p.m. on Monday.
Two lanes were blocked for a while after the wreck.
