ABBEVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – Missing 18-year-old Skyla Phillips was missing for four days and was located in Abbeville Monday night, according to the Greenville Police Department.
Phillips is safe and she was taken home by the Greenville Police Department.
Skyla, who has special needs, was supposed to return home from a sleepover on Friday. She was reported missing shortly after by her parents.
Phillip’s mother, Freedom Cooper, says hope is what got her through the pain. She was reunited with her daughter late Monday night.
The Greenville Police say they will release more information on the circumstances surrounding Skyla’s disappearance on Tuesday.
