Help Upstate church and school donate to Louisiana flood victims

Hope Church SC and High Point Academy are asking for help gathering supplies to send to flood victims in Louisiana.

The church is working with Seeds of Hope Ministries to drive a 53 ft tractor trailer down to Louisiana at the beginning of next week, (Sept 4 and 5).

Director of Communication Kevin Mason said students, faculty and staff are hoping to be able to fill the truck with non perishable food items, toiletries and items for pets like dog and cat food.

Mason said anyone can drop off items at High Point Academy off of Pottery Rd in Spartanburg during business hours and students will help unload it from your car.

After hours, you can drop it off on a pallet they have set up out front.
