JONESVILLE, SC (WSPA) – A body was found on Lower Pump Hollow Road in Jonesville, according to Union County Sheriff David Taylor.
He says the death has been ruled a homicide, according to the Union Co. Sheriff’s Office.
They say the preliminary autopsy shows 38-year-old Kenneth C. Therrell died from a single gunshot wound to the right side of the head.
Sheriff Taylor says Therrell’s body was found in the road in front of an abandoned house around 12:50 p.m. Wednesday.
The Jonesville City Police, the Union County Coroner’s Office, and S.C. Law Enforcement Division are investigating.
