ANDERSON CO., SC (WSPA) – A 17-year-old home invasion suspect was shot and killed while breaking into the home, according to the Anderson Co. coroner.
The coroner says it happened around 2 a.m. on Sugarhill St.
Demacio Robertson was shot in the stomach with a shotgun when he broke into the home through the back door. He died at the hospital.
Robertson is from Greenwood.
Anderson Police say one suspect has been detained and is being questioned.
They are still looking for another suspect.
