GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA)— Firefighters are on the scene at a mulch yard where a fire has been burning since midnight.
This is at a company off Rutherford Road in Greenville.
The Parker District Fire Department says it’s almost out, but they will be on scene through the morning working on the hot spots.
No buildings are at risk.
Mulch fires there aren’t uncommon because the mulch occasionally sets fire as it decomposes.
