Tulsa Officer charged with manslaughter turns herself in, released on bond

(WSPA)— A Tulsa Police Officer, who is facing charges for shooting and killing an unarmed black motorist, is already out of jail Friday morning after turning herself into authorities.

Officer Betty Shelby was then released on $50,000 bond.

Helicopter and police dashcam video show Terrence Crutcher walking toward his stalled SUV and away from Officer Betty Shelby.

Crutcher had his hands up and appeared to comply.

If convicted, Officer Shelby could face 4 years in prison.
